A city or society can only be as happy and successful as its citizens are fulfilling its most desirable dreams.
Dreams are only dreams - desires craving to become real. Personal fulfillment doesn't have to injure or anyway hurt any of the rest of its citizens. We call it, being safe and secure in what we do.

Inhibitions are the walls that drive life to its lowest ebb.

Think about it. When was the last time you gave in to your cravings? You probably didn't because something within you kept you from acting.
Some of us call it guilt. And it is just that! You feel guilty about feeling great about yourself doing something you would love and enjoy doing.
We all have them. But some of us let go.
